Through the Sade-Ademola Foundation, several educational support initiatives have been implemented to encourage academic excellence and improve learning conditions for students and schools within the community.

One of the landmark interventions was the scholarship and support initiative organized for students of St. Mary Girls Grammar School, Ikole Ekiti in 2022. Outstanding students were recognized and rewarded for excellence in Mathematics, English Language, and overall academic performance.

The intervention also extended beyond scholarships to include:

• Financial support to the school
• Provision of chairs and learning support materials
• Support for safe drinking water infastructure
• Contribution toward the purchase of a school bus
• Support for educational development initiatives
